oottam is on the Naxalites, police, politicians and the linkages between each of them.Sen (Vishal Vishnu), an MBA, who cannot find a job, lives with his family. One day, his father gives him RS.1500/ to E-recharge his cell phone. But in the confusion, he said the number to the daughter of fast charging and it recharges to another number which belongs to Priya (Remya Nambeesan). After awhile, he realizes and asks him to return the money. When they meet, they fall in love and decide to marry. She asks him to see his father, who was an old man. Asked him to join the army or at least to become a police officer, then only it will allow him to marry his daughter. Then the rest of the story revolves how he manages to love and work despite the officers of bad choices in the selection. In the meantime, Vetri also befriended with other participants in the selection.
